Verification for posting or personal messages? This can be set in Admin -> Configuration -> Security and Moderation -> Verification.

oops, there is no  Verification under Admin -> Configuration -> Security and Moderation... pls help!!!!!

Sorry, I translated it from Dutch. Look for the option "Anti-Spam" in Admin -> Configuration -> Security.
