Adding a static page to the forum

Greetings,

Normally, a forum page on the screen contains the head (& menu), a board or topic list or a topic, and the infocenter (& footer).

But I also want to add a few pages wirh just some static info between the forum header/menu and the infocenter/footer. So, how do I display a static page between the header/menu and the infocenter/footer, without all other forum features?

For example, if you click the contact form on my forum, you will see header/menu and the infocenter/footer with the contact form between. In stead of the contact form I would like to display some static info here. See: http://www.jamaicaforum.nl/index.php?action=contact
