WYSIWYG editor Posting Problems

i am having a problem in my forums with trying to post, i will try to tell you what i am doing and what is going on.

I make a topic and in the posting box.

lets use this i will highlight something lets say images and then copy and paste it into the box it shows up but when i hit the post button i get this error.

The following error or errors occurred while posting this message:
The message body was left empty.

now this only happens when i copy from my other site which is running smf the same ver.

but it don't happen when i lets say copy it from some where else.

okay i have a simular problem to this.

Occassinally i use the wysiwyg through quick reply and one minute it works and the next it doesnt
work, I know its built into the forum software but is there a way to get it updated some how i'm
runing default curve 2.0.rc3.
