When we create new profile fields we can make them mandatory on registration. Is there anyway to make say 'Location' or any of the other fields mandatory on registration?
Never argue with an Idiot like myself, they just drag you down to their level then beat you with experience.

In settings, change "Show on Registration" to "Yes, and require entry".

There are only 2 settings, to be "Active" and "Show on Registration" there is no setting for "Location" to be a required entry.

Those are the standard profile fields.

Oya

so you can ignore the existing one and create a new one called location...

Actually, I wonder why there is no such setting for the standard fields....
