How can I show images in Imode?

How might I go about that?

Basically what Oya said, but I think there are some mobile themes done separately, that don't use wap or imode, but are just optimized for mobiles..

What if I was to do away with imode mentions on my site and made it
the geared it more for smartphones? 

I found a hack here years ago and put it on my SMF1 forum that worked great.  Since
moving to SMF2, I can't remember how to do it and I can't find the old thread.

Any help would be appreciated.  If it shouldn't be public knowledge, PM it to me

You could in theory remove all three wireless modes and replace them with a mobile theme that's better geared to modern smartphones - you might try looking at Curve Mobile on the mod/theme site.

I would like to keep the WAPs intact, and I'm trying to keep my mods down to a minimum
