i want gave a Q to my user and my user answer then them answer show by a pic.

in the topic view, near posts show a pic (width:100,height:75px):

Well, er, join that forum and contact the Site Administrator to ask what they're using. It doesn't look like SMF though - MyBB from what I can see.
