Theme button help

I've just downloaded some themes.  The problem is that I have additional buttons for downloads, bookmarks, etc.  The themes have buttons in them rather than plain text.  Can anyone tell me where to look to add the names of my buttons in the themes please?

Looks like a language issue to me.

smf_root/Sources/Subs.php controls the buttons. You may want to have a look in there.

Hint: It's on the end.

Thanks, on further investigation all other themes I downloaded are fine and I don't have this issue, so I deleted the one with the issue.  I downloaded to save me the messing about.
