Guess Can See Signature Banners

Not sure if this is in the right place.

Is there a mod to stop guess from viewing signature banners, I know there is two mods that dont allow guess to
see images and links in topics, But it doesnt stop guess from seeing the actual banners in sig areas when there
viewing the board before they join up..

I know there is a function in the admin area so guess cant see signatures, But when you use an outside link the banners
in the sig area can still be seen.. I'm slightly having trouble trying to find the section in admin control panel to make sure
the guess cant see the banners..

I had a look under guess permissions and cant see it.. I'm using 2.0.RC3

any help would be great and appreciated...
