1.12 Update Issue?

I get the following warning before I try to update:

9.    Execute Modification    ./Themes/classic/Display.template.php    Test failed

Should I be worried about it?  Any reason why I would be seeing this warning?

That error is not in the default theme so personally I wouldn't worry about it. After the upgrade is done you can re-upload that file.
