Can RC 3 themes be easily upgraded to RC 4?

It's really a case of if the author can be bothered   :P

Many authors will not make themes for 2.0 until it goes gold, as it's a pain in the arse changing them if a new RC breaks them  :-\

actually most rc3 themes will work on rc4
