all my forum goes to question mark! after upgrade

hi
i have a smf2.0rc3 forum (ariavet.com)
today i use upgrade tool for rc4
i have both backups , mysql and data
and delete all mods , and back language from persian to english ( but dont unistall it , cause i dont know how)
and then upgrade it seems alls ok
then now i cant see my forum posts in persian!
all menues show persian text without problem
but all of posts seems to have problem
i use two persian packs ( utf8 and non utf8)
what can i do? / dont upgrade and use rc3?
