no one can login

No one can login to our forum. where should I look for errors and what can I do?
The first page shows an error like the guest user is blocked but that is not true...

SMF version 1.1.12 latest update, no mods, It says guest login is blocked and don't let any one to login, URL: hxxp:forum.ubuntu.ir [nonactive]

Er... Guests CAN'T log in.

They're guests, after all.

Only members can log in.

I think he may have done a bad ban....   like, banning *.*.*.*

Or, he has "Guest viewing" disabled.

Or, perhaps, registration's disabled.

Pure guesswork, though, on my part.

By "No one can login to our forum", he could mean "No one can REGISTER to our forum".

suggests a bad, global ban....

sorry which db tables should I look in because I can't login to forum and check bans...

that was because of a bad ban and resolved!
