Manually log a user off?

I know this is a stupid question, but how can I manually log a user out of the forum?  It appears that this user can not log out.  He is using Safari and on a Mac.  I asked him to clear his cache and cookies and he says that he still shows that he's log in.

Any ideas?  Any special commands from the database, etc?

actually there is not, you could rename your cookie name but it would effect everyone .... sorry

Yes, that's exactly what it means. If it's still showing him logged in when he's supposedly cleared his cache and his cookies, then that's your only option. However, if he actually did clear his cookies, he shouldn't be logged in anymore.
