Strange glitch on message index page (Please remove)

(please remove this post, staff.  I also posted this in the wrong section)

I'm not getting this, but other members are complaining of a glitch.

In the pic below, you'll see the topic functions (quote, multiquote, ect.)  those have been moved to the member's shop items list in their sig.   And, the poster below, their display profile is not visible, ...

Ok, tested it out on IE , lol, and seems it's another one of those IE glitches and smf software not liking IE.  I use Opera, so never seen this til i tested other browsers.

Tell members to use IE8 in Compatability Mode. Cures it (almost) every time.
