Which file is the template when viewing a thread

I am wondering what template/ file controls the viewing of a thread (what you are doing now).

I need to delete a repeat navigate_section and a set of nav bar buttons..

I do not see a navigate_section in it. It is below the previous and next buttons on the bottom of the threads like on here. It is where the link tree/ breadcrumbs are.

Nvm, got it solved! it was in a function on index.template.php as a theme_linktree so i just went into the file you said which was display.template.php and deleted that code.
