Date at time format

Hello,

For example, my board currently displays the date and time like this:

December 03, 2010, 01:17:29 PM

How can I make it display like this?

Dec 03, 10, 01:17:29 PM ?

Is there a setting in the admin panel I can enable for this or will I need  to modify one of the files? If the file needs modification, does anyone knows which one will be?

go admin -> features and options you will see default time format and next to that a ? which will explain the options.
