how to send the topic to more than one email id

sir by default we can send the topic to only one mail,so how can we increase the number of recepient.i have searched sendtopic.php but all in vain.so sir where should i have to change

As an admin/moderator, you can announce a topic and have it emailed to groups.

but what about the normal users.how they send

we purposefully limit the "send this topic" function to one address.
This request was brought up in feature requests and we said no...    allowing more would encourage spamming.
