PHPSESSID & /Themes being requested

I was having a bit of trouble with my server, and was looking at the logs

I noticed there are so many requests that not only contain PHPSESSID in the url (can this be removed?)

or the theme being requested as such

/forums/?PHPSESSID=2688a256c91a5c7785d12af1bce75158&/Themes</code>

can I correct this?

no, you can not remove it... the sessionID is required for session security...

Can you please list the WHOLE error?
