banner placement help please please

Hello all, I have been looking for a way to place a banner preferably 728/90 below these BUTTONS - Pages: [1] 2 3....Go up, MARK UNREAD, SEND THIS TOPIC.
That is one at the TOP and one BELOW. I could have use ad management mod, but it does't place it there. Due to the nature of my board, I do not need anything that will confuse users. I tried tweak the Display.template.php file but keep parsing error. Someone please rescue me. Thanks

I allready has an position for under last post. You could add an custom position for above first post. To get help for that view the support topic of that mod.
