The Best MODS which is not available in 2.0 rc4

  i dint find out some MODS in 2.0rc4 version ,which i have used in smf rc 2.0 rc3. version.

Rc4 is still pretty fresh in terms of mods and themes,  some mod authors havent update their mods just yet, how ever, 90% of theme will install just fine on a RC4 forum by emulate version RC3 on install in the package manager.
