Posts/Topics in 3rd level do not increase the category's counter

Hi all!

I have the following structure: (in 2.0 RC4)

Category
   - Board #1
      - Subboard #1
         -Topic#1

I already have enabled the option that child's posts increase the parents counter.
The problem is that only Board#1 and Subboard#1 show 1 post.
The counter of the category is displayed as zero.

Any suggestions?

Check your error log.

Cleared them and created a new topic and checked the numbers gain.
Topic is still not counted, no error reported.

How is the category counting done?!

child of child boards post count is not included in the parent board, this is how it is coded.

Anyone knowing additional package which enables this?

Isn't that somehow basic functionality...

i dont know of any package to enable it, it is not a basic feature to keep from overloading servers from the stress of doing it.
