problem with SA Facebook Connect Integration

i can't remove this mod ( SA Facebook Connect Integration )

i add him befor and i remove file zip from Packages by ftp  ,  when i need to remove mode from forum  i can't found mod in Packages from my forum   i can't remove him
i download again and Put the file zip from ftp in my Packages but no working

i need to remove him how ?
