Hidden install problem?

I only just recently came across this error today, the first time I wanted to poke about the Package Manager.

2: file(/home/echoda/public_html/verasia/forum/Packages/installed.list): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

I'm currently running SMF 1.0.5 @ http://verasia.echo-darkness.net/forum - .. not sure if that helps or not.

Check that file is there, if not, upload it. And check that dir and file chmod are 777. This file /home/echoda/public_html/verasia/forum/Packages/installed.list
