mySQL rename

Greetings everyone,

Would anyone happen to know how to change a mass group of
the mySQL/phpMyAdmin "Database Tables Prefix:" [default smf_]
For Example smf_attachments to site_attachment.
I would like to know if I can mass change Database Tables Prefix's.
Any help or suggestion would be much appreciated.
