Help forum does not load proper

Pls whenever i try to access my site from a pc or mobile for the first time it does not load properly it jst shows the writeup without the colours until i refresh my browser. Tried it on many computers bt still the same problem. I hv even changed theme thinking that it was the problem bt still the same pls help.
