Some errors

Despite running repair settings I am getting this in the Admin Centre.

Version Information:
Forum version: SMF 2.0 RC4
Current SMF version: ??

I also get the

Cannot access attachments upload path! in the Attachments and Avatars section in Admin> Forum

The annoying thing is everything is work as it should on my test forum.   

Also when I try and load a package it tells me php files are not accepted.

if your test forum is on a localhost, it may not be able to connect to simplemachines.org to find out the most recent version.

check the upload path in the avatar and attachment settings in smf admin

The test forum is as normal.

The main forums the one.

The avatar path is the same except for the forum name obviously.
