As I can create a forum for staff?

Hi, i have forum SMF RC4
Theme default.

I would like to create a special forum for moderators.
Is that when I select a forum groups want to see. What about the moderators?

Create a membergroup called moderators or staff and put then in that group.... otherwise you will have to assign all of them as moderators to that boards.
