Email on new thread

Hi all,
My forums is used as a support forum for my product.
Is there any way to subscribe to a certain board so that I will get emails whenever a new thread or post is made in the support section?

Go into your own profile and  under Notifications set it to email you there by ticking 'Receive forum newsletters, announcements and important notifications by email.' then go to the board and click notify then it should tell you when theres new posts or threads.

I think thats all you need to do apart from set the other options how you want them but im sure somone will post if this needs adding to somehow.
