Forum keeps defaulting to default theme

Hi Guys my Forum keeps defaulting to the default theme when I log out of explorer and sometimes chrome Seems fine in firefox., I have to go back into themes and change my custom back, any ideas why it wont stay saved?  RC4 Custom Theme is Sunshine     site is www.ozfarmer.com

it is loading here without the default theme for a guest. are you sure you have all members set to use this theme in the admin panel?

Hi I think I sorted it out in repair_settings.php seems ok at the moment
