Notifications stopped to work after upgrade from RC3->RC4

Hello,

after upgrade from RC3 to RC4 notifications about new posts and topics stopped to work. I means when there is some new post or topic, or replies I do not receive any notification email

Everything was working fine in version RC3 but now in version RC4 it does not 

What should I do ?

I found out that during upgrade is made some change in database and that is why notifications are not being sent...
Please can somebody tell me what should I check?

Go to Admin > Maintenance > Scheduled Tasks...

Make sure "Daily Notification Summary" is enabled.

Thank you for reply. Meantime I found out where was a problem. Facebook plugin overloads our server. After uninstalling the plugin and restarting server all is working fine.
