RC4 and simple portal blocks ??

i just upgraded to RC4 and installed simple portal and everything is working fine except on the left corner of every block i get this little piece of different color whats up with that

it is on all my  my custom themes but the core theme is fine

upload the portal.css file to your  /Themes/your theme/css/  folder.

there is not one in my custom themes css folder the only place i found the portal.css was in the default theme folder

just upload tht fie to your /Themes/your theme/css/folder


by upload I mean upload to your server, not attach it here.
