Attachments and guest

I used to be able to allow guests to see attachments  but when they tried to download them they was stopped by a pop up saying you need to register to download.

Now the thing is i cant remember if i had a mod installed that did this  or was it a feature ? i did a search of the admin cp but found no option that i could see  so if it was a mod can any one remind me of what it was called ?


reglink  is not the mod  before any one says that one  as this is not links but attachments.

this would be a mod as it is not a default feature.

just a note for other rc4 users here is the name of the mod Guest Attachment Preview for RC3 but works on RC4.


I just found a file with a bunch of mods in on my pc and it was there but is also in the mods section here on smf.
