Make SMF Newsletter with Publisher

I have made a site newsletter, but can not find out where to go from here. I have the publisher file made with our newsletter but can't find instructions on what to do next to actually send it, any help is appreciated.

You would need to save the publisher file as html then paste the html code in the newsletter message area to send.

Okay I sent it out and it just came up as html code when they received it.

don't forget to check the "Send in HTML format. (with this you can put normal HTML in the email.)" option before you send the newsletter
