is there a mod/way that does this

when given karma to a poster
the karma change will show at the end of that post with the changer's name
also with a reason/message if possible (im using karma description mod)

I don't think such a mod exists. But the SMF Project Tools mod does something similar to this with some of their inline functions. I definitely like the idea though.
