Have you been editing any files in the source directory folder?.

Every mod was installed with the package manager.
The only mod I installed manually so far is the Referral mod.
So I don't think I ever touched that folder

All them errors are fine. Registering works for me. There just errors but not major ones don't worry about them .

You will get these errors all the time in the Administrator Control Panel .

No problem where there bad errors it will show red writing saying 'Critical'

They seem to be bugs with the Referrals mod, you should probably go to the page you got them from, select 'Support and comments for this mod' and report them to the author. I doubt he'll fix them, seeing how he didn't fix many of his own bugs for so long, but hey, maybe this time will be different...
