Can't logout

First I couldn't stay logged in, (solved that problem), now I can't log out. When I click "Logout" sometimes the page just refreshes with me still logged in, but once I got this error message: Unable to verify referring url. Please go back and try again.

Anybody?

Can you link us to your forum? Do you have anything in your error log?

Have you still got your logInOut.php file in the sources directory folder.
Have you got any errors in the error log in your Admin Control Panel.

Just a hunch, this...

In your browser's config, have you disabled "Send referrer information"?

Have you tried a different browser?

Wich browser are you useing, HiBuzz? Don't tell me that you are useing IE.

Errors in log is the same as posted above about the referring URL.

Don't see any thing in Firefox similar to "Send referrer information"

Though I usually use Firefox, I tried it in IE and if I log out it works if I refresh the page. Can't log out at all in Firefox. That's when I'm logged in as admin. I created another username and have no problem logging out with that name. I was able to do this under the other name on IE on this computer and Firefox & IE on another computer. I'm thinking it has something to do with being logged in as admin ... yes?

Never mind guys ... I deleted my  SMF browser cookies, refreshed the page and am able to log in and out with no problem. Thanks all just the same! Cheers.
