Hi there.

I was messing around with a theme's files and I uploaded an index.template.php and refreshed my page. I did something wrong because I got a 500 internal server error. Now the weird thing is, is that when I put the backup of the file back, the error is still there! How is this possible?

Edit: Seems it's a server-wide problem. All the sites I have hosted on that server give that error to me now.

Most likely it's at host-level. Ask your host.

What's your forum URL?

500 Internal server is a web hosting issue.
Meaning your servers are down within your client account.
I would contact them.

www.segaforums.com...

Yea, it really looks like a server problem. I dropped them an e-mail.

Not always. 500 errors can occur for a number of reasons, including .htaccess errors, improperly configured server permissions, etc.
