Recently a guy joined my forum i banned him for for spamming now he returns everytime and starts spamming i tried ip ban but not of any use. The guy user mailinator email so tell me how to block mailinator address ???

Sadly, there's nothing you can do about people like this.

My Solution:
I let him keep his account, so I knew who he was.  I then installed the Annoy User MOD and stuck the percentages up high.  Any time he's around, he acts like my server is about to explode. :D

The point of this is that rather than tryin' to ban them, they get annoyed of being there and don't bother to come back on their own.  There may be a small wait time, though I doubt it will be too long.

You can also go to your ACP, and select "Admin approval" in the registration settings section. ;)

That's not always a real option.  I have like 100 users sign up a day.

New username, email, and a proxy they would get right past, right?  It would maybe slow a few people down, but not many because most would already do that if they plan to get past a ban.
