How to Require Posts go Through Moderation for Individual Forum Categories

How can I set an individual forum category where every time a user post it won't go live until it goes through moderation? I can't even figure out how to set this option for the entire forum, let alone an individual category. Thanks!

It's not done in one blanket settings. Its much more finely tuned than that. You do it per board. By default you should be able to just edit the permission profile. In the profile are all the groups. You set each group individually on whether they are moderated or not.
