Automatic return to post after submitting not forum

Well, i do aware that from Admin --> Theme and Layout ---> Members Setting

However, in my Members Setting , all my other themes name out except the theme name that i used for my forum does not list out. 

May i know how can i change that theme setting that does not list out?

what do you mean does not list out? in admin current theme you can select what the default theme is and if you can change themes to any or just to the default theme. there is no option that i know of that allows you to pick which themes you can let users select.

Erm, i am using a theme called " Anime Heaven"  and i found that the name was not in the list of the members setting.

Yes, it is shown in Theme Setting

in smf 2.0 you can select which themes the user can user.... admin -> themes and layout themes that user is able to select then click the link show the list of themes.

You mean profile -- > Theme and layout themes? Well, i feel that it's very troublesome for user.

once you do what i said above, then the user will be able to select the theme in their profile as you describe.

However, can i restrict my user from able to change the theme to which theme they like?

yes using the same option i said above and check which themes they can pick.
