I am having problems with the package manager and not install the mods properly.

I goes through the process like it normally does, and even 'installs' the mod like it normally does but there no changes done.

I got a ton of errors for sub-package.php tho

512: package_flush_cache(): some files are still not writable

2: fopen(/var/www/vhosts/10kills.com/httpdocs/forums/Sources/CustomForm.php) [<a href='function.fopen'>function.fopen</a>]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

2: copy(/var/www/vhosts/10kills.com/httpdocs/forums/Themes/default/CustomForm.template.php) [<a href='function.copy'>function.copy</a>]: failed to open stream: Permission denied

2: copy(/var/www/vhosts/10kills.com/httpdocs/forums/Sources/CustomForm.php) [<a href='function.copy'>function.copy</a>]: failed to open stream: Permission denied

2: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource

2: fopen(/var/www/vhosts/10kills.com/httpdocs/forums/Themes/default/languages/Help.english.php) [<a href='function.fopen'>function.fopen</a>]: failed to open stream: Permission denied

and so on

This is a fresh install. Without any upgrades or mods down. All the files are remained unedited, modifed.

Only changes done, is that i've set up permissions, user groups and did a ton of DB hacking(Bring post, members and boards over from last install)

Looks like you have a permissions problem. Check and make sure your files are CHMOD'd correctly, and that you entered the proper FTP credentials into SMF.

should be CHMOD'd properly, and FTP are correct. I still get the same result

never heard of them and their the ones you need to talk too. if you say your permissions are correct and ftp info is correct then you have a server issue.

Hoping that wasn't the issue.

I had smf installed before on the same server and it was worked flawlessly.
