new user access

Hi
is there a mod or setting which stops new users who haven't posted (let's say 10 posts)
that stops them adding a signature
or a mod that needs to have their signature approved if its a website link?

i noticed on my forum we have ppl signing up posting once or twice just to add their website as a signature to promote it

i'm all for helping new sites but some of them are a bit not quite right for my website as we are a Christian site

yeah, the Signature Limits 1.0 does not do what it advertises - for me at least

I have looked at it 9 ways to Sunday

I am running rc4 / default theme

now I have set the maximums in the "features" section

but when I set the user limits in permissions, they will only abide by the "feature" maximums

would like to talk directly with the author on this
