Problem In Pretty Url Mod

previously i have website on icustomizer.co.cc but now i have changed my domain name to www.tekloverz.com.
Now previously i have install pretty urls mod.After that due to change in theme i uninstall this mod.After that i install it again.
Now whats the prob is that when i open any topic then url comes like this :http://icustomizer.co.cc/../../
But my doamin name is tekloverz so how to fix this
