Hai friends i just installed smf2.0rc4.the installation is successful.after i install mods.the modes also installed without error in default curve theme.but the problem is the settings of the mods are empty.the modification settings tells hxxp:this.so [nonactive] i cant see any settings for installed mods.please help me.

Hmmm... As NO mods are showing, this may be a core problem, rather than a mod one...

Any mod i installed i suffer by this problem like ad management mod.the problem is the mod is currectly installed in default curve theme.but in core theme it says some test failed.after i successfully installed mod in default curve theme i go to my admin panel and go to modification setings and miscelleneous.but there says u dont have no settings for hxxp:mods.my [nonactive] problem is mod correctly installed but the settings for mod is not appeared in admin panel.please help me.

Which test failed?
Try setting your language to non-UTF-8, see if that works.
