Where are personal warnings templates stored?

With the warning system in 2.0x, ive got a little problem. basically i uninstalled it without deleting the personal tempaltes and now they're showing up, and overlapping the ones that all staff can see.

where are they stored on my forum? I will have to manually delete them.

in the picture below, these are personal warning templates. I want to remove them.

What did you uninstall?

Those are the default templates in the warning system... I dont see any custom templates there... to see the custom templates (if any) go to Moderate>>Main>>Warnings>>Custom Templates
