The themes I've seen are usually missing some images or features of Beta 3. Does anyone know of any good themes which work with Beta 3 public?

Well some of them are missing icons. The Replied To icon in PMs.

Yep, under PMs there's a Replied To icon which is missing from a lot of themes.
