Forgotten password email link

I've just had this brought to my attention.

When a member does the "Forgotten password" option, they are sent an email - Fine. They click the link in the email and...

An Error Has Occurred! You are not allowed to access this section

The link they are told to click is http://website.co.uk/reminder/?sa=setpassword

Any idea's why they don't have permission to view that page? I just tried whilst logged in as an admin - Same message for me.

Because it seems the mod you're using to rewrite the 'pretty URLs' is buggy and breaks the reminder action.

Is there no quick fix? Or would I have to contact the mod creator?

Since I don't even know which mod you're using, I can't possibly tell you if there's a quick fix.

But in either case contact the mod author.
