Site messed up

I just installed SMF 2.0 RC4, but the index is completely messed up. does this have to do with the host I'm using or the fact SMF 2.0 RC4 is still in development?

Are you sure you uploaded all the files correctly?  You're running on the 'default' theme right?

this could be part of the issue - the host is terrible.

Contact your host about it and ask what's going on.  You should also check repair_settings.php to see all your paths match your board's directories.  What is repair_settings.php?
