My logs are full of this code and I was wondering how to go about fixing it:

Copy to http://*URL*/forums/Themes/default/css you could get from SMF package via FTP.

Can you post the complete error?

Also go to
Administration Center » Server Settings » General >> Disable evaluation of templates

Enable that option and then post the error you are getting.
