remove posts by deleted members

Hello, I have several members that were prolific with spam posting and I deleted their accounts...now I cannot find out a way to remove their posts without opening every one and deleting one by one...
How can I remove these offending posts in a more efficient manner?

in your profile look and layout preferences enable check boxes for quick moderation then you can just check them on the index and delete in one step. next time when you delete the members check the option to delete their posts as well.

It's a bit late now. But one of the options when deleting a member, is to remove all posts by that member.

thanks for the information..yes now I know to delete their posts as well, for some reason I figured that by deleting the account, the posts went along with these spammers...
